MySQL and PostgreSQL User Ranking, a Memory Leak, Chart for PostgreSQL

Here are the update notes for the period of June 27 - July 8, 2016. Let us know if you have any questions!

App Changes:

- Added ranking for MySQL Processlist Users and for PostgreSQL Stat Activity Users to the Profiler. These rankings show the cumulative time/count for each connection to the database, aggregated by user, and they'll make it easier to see which users are responsible for connections to a database.

Added a chart for PostgreSQL showing temporary data written as measured in bytes. This can be found under the PostgreSQL section of the Charts page, labeled as “Temporary Data Created.”

Agent Changes:

Fixed a memory leak in vc-pgsql-metrics that triggered in very rare cases. This could only affect customers who were monitoring PostgreSQL in an Off-Host configuration, but caused much higher memory usage by the agent than expected.
